Louann-watch out!

Im going to catch up to you girl! i just checked my weight--whoo hoo..its probably just the thryoid medication kicking in again..or maybe its because im better at working out BETTER at the gym..i've been doing MORE weight and LESS reps now..i can FINALLY see some muscle formation--i TOTALLY GET why boys STARE at themselves in the mirror at their muscles! its kinda fun to think "hey i did that!" rock on!

i notice that i kind of just eat what i want..just small portions of it..also on the sweets.. i have a little here and there..so far so good..i figure im burning more muscle and need the energy to burn it!

how's everyone else doing??!?!

So I finally figured it out...

I'm sad that it took me this long. All this time, I have been trying to have something low in points (WW) for breakfast so that I could eat a pretty good lunch...Well, all that was doing for me was making me hungry and cranky and yucky (blood sugar wise) feeling all day. I decided to start having a good breakfast. I'm not a huge fan of breakfast food, I usually like it better for dinner than anything else and I don't like oatmeal or any other type of hot cereal...So I have been having a scrambled egg on toast sandwich for breakfast around 9 each morning...What a huge difference it makes! I feel full all day from it. I have been having an apple or some other small snack in the early afternoon, but I'm not even feeling hungry. We'll see if the scales like what I'm doing when Monday morning rolls around.

1 WHOLE GALLON

In one day is a ton of water.. I haven't done the math, but maybe I should be drinking more! :)

I drink 32 ounces at a time..

1 before I eat breakfast

1 before I eat lunch

2 between lunch and dinner

I spent a lot of time in the bathroom... I am not doing it today.. still drinking.. just not quite as much.. and tommorrow with church I dont' know if I can squeeze it in.. we'll see

4 DAy'S in a RoW

to the gym.. have done about 3 miles each time.. and that is walking on an incline and doing the eliptical..

a gallon of water is a lot.. I don't think I have got a whole gallon in, but close..

the sugar is hard for me.. I am definately addicted to sugar.. I am cutting way back though so that is a good thing!

I am feeling good!

My first post here

okay.. so I probably have more weight to lose than anyone else who even reads this. I am not going to post my weight.. but lets just say I have a lot to lose. I am tall.. at 5'10 so I tend to gain weight and not have it real noticable till I gain a lot.. When I got married 12 years ago yesterday I weighed about 175.. and wore a size 14.. I don't ever remember wearing anything smaller than that.. except for a second as a freshman I think I wore a size 11... ANYWAY... I gained 60 pounds each time I got pregnant.. and didn't lose it all every time.. So now that my baby is 4.. I am looking at my stomach and just thinking.. umm... I look like I could be pregnant and that is NOT good..
SOOO today.. I am starting no sugar... I ate cracked wheat with splenda for breakfast and just now ate some string cheese. I burned 630 calories this am at the gym on the treadmill and eliptical... I have drunk a ton of water.. and when I have lost weight before.. I was down to 177 before I got pregnant with Luke ... I have drunk a ton of water.. a gallon a day.. that is a ton of time in the bathroom, but it tends to keep me focused on a task and it keeps my stomach and mouth busy... also when I have lost weight before I joined WW and did tae bo daily and also walked.. I dont' know that I am going to join WW.. I know how to do it.. we'll see how it goes..

So there are some of my goals.. gym every day.. a gallon of water a day.. and no sugar, and of course eat carefully!

One week down & newest craving!


Im VERY happy to report that both Kristen and I have made it 5 DAYS this week to the gym! YA FOR US!! we do weights and then 30 minutes cardio--OH YA! feeling awesome!


for some reason these are my newest cravings lately! Sandra bought these and they are SO YUM! they are WHITE peaches--SO SO GRUB!
