Ugh
My computer is getting fixed so I haven't been able to keep up too well with this blog. Hopefully it will be done soon! I just wanted to let you in on a little something that I found. Hershey's has a 100 calorie bar. I bought a big thing at Costco and they have 2 to choose from in the box that I got. 1 is a chocolate covered wafer cookie (it reminds me of a kit kat) and the other is chocolate covered pretzel bars. They are both really good!

i forgot to say that i got my shakes from the muscle max place..KIND of expensive..i know this one guy says instead of there he goes and gets them at sams club...
from muscle max i have the strawberry shortcake one-and i mix it with 2 other things..
