Seems like there are many of us that are ready to start looking good! Im putting together this blog so that we can be more committed to working our way to where we want to be. We will be doing this BEGINNING AUGUST 27th for 4 MONTHS. After the holidays we will resume again in January for another 4 MONTHS. Then again for another 4 MONTHS.
So here's to Looking Good One Day at a Time!

Oh I need it. After a summer of indulging, I am ready to shed a few. It doesnt require exercise or strenuous anything does it? LOL
