was the compliment i got from sarah cannell today at the gym-i was STOKED! rock on! although your still smaller then me..that just made my day!!
i will revel in that compliment and reward myself with my usual friday western bacon cheeseburger combo-only this time im switching to lemonade instead of soda..oh crap i just remembered...jons dad is doing a diet too! so guess i'll be eating somewhere healthy DANGT!!!

That's cool for you, but I must say even cooler for me!! :-)
It's funny how my perception of my body is off a little bit, I know I'm thinner than I was FOR SURE, but when someone says I'm "skinny" or "tiny" like Sarah did to you, I find it honestly hard to believe. Maybe it just takes getting used to how I look.
I find that photos are the true indicator of how I look for me and I haven't seen any of me in a long time since I'm slacking in the photo dept. and usually I'm the one taking pictures of everybody else!
**FYI...this was not a comment to get you to say "oh Lou Ann you look great!" just letting you know that I still picture myself bigger in my mind it's only when I see pictures that I realize I DID lose weight. Make sense?
so wierd thats EXACTLY what i think..i dont really SEE that ive lost weight (mainly inches) until i see a photo and then im like wow..it did pay off to sweat my butt of that much!! WHOO HOO!
